The Grounds of Excuses

چکیده
Abstract According to a popular view, excuses undermine blameworthiness. At the same time, philosophers commonly accept that blameworthiness is composed of two necessary conditions: moral objectionability condition and responsibility condition. For do their job, they must at least one these conditions. In this paper, I conclude neither. By inference best explanation, propose view reconciles conclusion with function excuses.
